Margate Pride weekend, the queer-arts festival and year-round programming have significant costs attached, and although much of Pride is produced with a team of volunteers, we pay our artists, performers, producers as they help make wonderful and memorable experiences for Margate and our visitors. Aside from paying people for their time, skills and expertise, costs include:
